Abstract

Abstrak:  Penelitian ini terdapat data ancaman muka atau pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa yang ditemukan berjumlah 80 data dari 7 akun yang berbeda. Tuturan dari mengancam muka negatif terdapat empat bentuk tuturan yang dapat mengancam muka penutur atau mitra tuturnya yaitu (a) bentuk tuturan perintah terdapat, (b) bentuk tuturan memohon, (c) bentuk tuturan menyarankan, (d) bentuk tuturan menakut-nakuti atau melarang. Sedangkan ancaman muka positif terdapat bentuk tuturan (a)bentuk tuturan penghinaan, (b) bentuk tuuturan menolak, (c) bentuk tuturan mempermalukan. Adapun realisasi strategi kesantunan off record.
