Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai budaya dan pesan yang terkandung dalam novel Cinta Putih di Bumi Papua karya Dzikry El Han dengan kajian Sosiologi Sastra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data adalah novel Cinta Putih di Bumi Papua Karya Dzikry El Han. Data penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, simak dan catat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah (1) nilai budaya dalam novel Cinta Putih di Bumi Papua yang terkait hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan yaitu, taat beribadah, Pasrah kepada Tuhan, sabar menerima cobaan, dan selalu mengingat Tuhan, (2) Amanat atau pesan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam novel Cinta Putih di Bumi Papua yaitu, nilai agama, nilai budaya, nilai moral, nilai sosial dan nilai pendidikan.
