This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study were community leaders and the local community, with informants consisting of 12 people. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews and recording techniques. The research results show that the rhetoric used by community leaders in conveying information or appeals to the public tends to take the form of monologues. In this context, communication is carried out by one person via loudspeakers in the mosque or prayer room. This research aims to examine the podcast "Ancur." The purpose of this study is to describe the language style used in the conversations of the "Ancur" podcast as a motivation for student learning, using the hermeneutic approach of Jurgen Habermas. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method by observing and recording to identify the language styles used and sentences that can motivate students in their learning. Based on the analysis, it was found that the "Ancur" podcast utilizes various figures of speech such as metaphor, metonymy, euphemism, cynicism, tautology, correction, and exclamation. Masalah yang terjadi di kelas XI MA NW Senyiur adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan analisis siswa dalam membaca cerpen secara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan objek penelitian yaitu Resensi Cerpen. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalahkuantitatif dan kualitatif atau penelitian campuran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Wawancara, Tes Tulis, Dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa dengan menerapkan teknik membaca reguler dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis resensi cerpen pada siswa kelas XI MA NW Senyiur,hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase hasil posttest terjadi peningkatan 12% dari siklus I dengan hasil 76% dan siklus II 88%. Pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama didasarkan pada maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara menurut teori Grice. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan fenomena ini secara mendalam. Sumber data berupa teka-teki yang diambil dari media cetak dan daring, yang dipilih berdasarkan potensi untuk melanggar prinsip kerja sama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi dengan cara mengumpulkan transkrip teka-teki dan jawabannya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan penerapan prinsip kerja sama Grice untuk mengidentifikasi pelanggaran terhadap setiap maksim dan melihat dampaknya terhadap humor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran maksim kuantitas, kualitas, cara, dan relevansi dalam teka-teki berbahasa Indonesia menghasilkan efek humor yang tidak terduga dan menggugah reaksi mitra tutur. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yang mana mencoba menggambarkan bagaimana penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia pada anak usia dini di media sosial tiktok. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simak dan cakap. Untuk mengecek balik data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi,dokumentasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menganalisisnya dengan menggnakan metode padan yakni menganalisis data secara bertahap. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data kemudian penyajian data sehingga dapat menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ditemukan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Indonesia oleh anak usia dini di TikTok menunjukkan pola yang bervariasi, termasuk penggunaan bahasa campuran antara Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, serta penggunaan bahasa gaul dan slang. Anak-anak sering mencampurkan kedua bahasa dalam percakapan sehari-hari, terpengaruh oleh tren global dan konten berbahasa Inggris.
