This Journal is published since 2025 by the University of Papua Departement of PGSD. This journal has a DOI for each article, carries out a blind review system. This journal aims to develop concepts, theories, perspectives, paradigms, and methodologies within the scope of basic education and primary school teacher education including curriculum, teaching materials, media, methods, and evaluation of primary school learning. </p> <p>The journal features research articles written in a language that is both accessible and academically rigorous, making it suitable for both researchers and practitioners. Salah satu pendekatan yang bisa dimanfaatkan adalah memanfaatkan <em>game</em> edukatif yang mengangkat unsur budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran media berbasis permainan unik yang mengandung nilai-nilai lokal untuk pendidikan karakter. Tujuan pendidikan karakter memerlukan dukungan dari budaya lokal yang mengandung banyak nilai positif seperti semangat kebersamaan, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan saling menghormati. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka, analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai referensi ilmiah, artikel, dan dokumentasi praktik pembelajaran yang mengaitkan penggunaan permainan tradisional dan nilai-nilai budaya dalam proses pendidikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaplikasian lokal budaya seperti dongeng dan permainan tradisional dalam media <em>game</em> edukatif dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran karakter dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi pustaka. Kerja bakti salah satu bentuk partisipasi dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan secara bersama-sama, yang menumbuhkan nilai saling tolong - menolong, toleransi, dan kekeluargaan. Pendidikan multikultural merupakan strategi pendidikan yang dirancang untuk mengelola keragaman budaya di Indonesia. Implementasi pendidikan multikultural di terapkan sejak dini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif dalam menjaga kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa. <em>Society 5.0 </em>merupakan bentuk dari perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih dan dapat memberikan dampak positif serta negatif. Tringo Ki Hadjar Dewantara, which includes the stages of understanding, feeling, and doing, is seen as a potential learning framework for improving the quality of social studies learning in elementary schools. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Tringo Ki Hadjar Dewantara-based Social Studies learning model in improving elementary school students' learning outcomes. The study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test–post-test design. The research subjects were 28 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Ngunut, Tulungagung District, during the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research instrument consisted of a multiple-choice test with 20 questions, which had been validated and reliability-tested, yielding a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.876, indicating high reliability. The analysis results show a significant increase in the average score from 62.14 (pre-test) to 82.50 (post-test), with a difference of 20.36 points. The paired sample t-test yielded a t(27) value of 12.38 and p &lt; 0.001, indicating a significant difference at the 0.05 level. The normalized gain score of 0.54 falls into the moderate category. The conclusion of this study states that Tringo-based social studies learning effectively improves students' mastery of the material, strengthens the internalization of values, and develops social skills through a harmonious approach between cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This model has the potential to be applied more widely to strengthen contextual education based on local culture.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan model pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik secara berurutan, sejalan dengan tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21 dan relevansi kearifan lokal. Tringo Ki Hadjar Dewantara, yang memuat tahapan ngerti, ngrasa, dan nglakoni, dipandang sebagai kerangka pembelajaran yang potensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran IPS berbasis Tringo Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pre-test–post-test. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 6 Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,876 yang menunjukkan reliabilitas tinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor rata-rata dari 62,14 (pre-test) menjadi 82,50 (post-test), dengan selisih 20,36 poin. Uji paired sample t-test menghasilkan nilai t(27) = 12,38 dan p &lt; 0,001, yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada taraf 0,05. Nilai normalized gain score sebesar 0,54 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran IPS berbasis Tringo secara efektif meningkatkan penguasaan materi siswa, memperkuat internalisasi nilai, serta membentuk keterampilan sosial melalui pendekatan yang harmonis antara aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. The research method uses a literature study by analyzing various relevant literature sources from 2014-2024, including scientific journals, books, and research reports related to digital literacy and Generation Alpha. The research results show that Generation Alpha has unique characteristics as digital natives who require different digital literacy learning approaches from previous generations. Digital literacy education must include understanding of AI technology, critical thinking skills in using technology, digital creativity, and digital ethics. Effective learning strategies include project-based learning, gamification, and integration of AI technology in the learning process. The research subjects were 18 fifth-grade students of SD GMIH Pediwang. The instrument used was a descriptive test consisting of six items. In the first cycle, teacher activity reached 17 points or 47.22%, student activity reached 167 points or 57.98%, and the number of students who achieved learning mastery was 11 students or 61.11% out of a maximum score of 45. In the second cycle, teacher activity increased to 23 points or 63.89%, student activity remained at 167 points or 57.98%, and learning mastery improved to 13 students or 72.22%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the cooperative learning model Snowball Throwing was able to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD GMIH Pediwang in Theme 1, Sub-theme 1, regarding animal locomotor organs.</em></p> M.
