Factors that affect for the level of electrical energy demand in the city of Manokwari are; household, business, industrial and government sectors. The growth of each of these factors will be evaluated so that a comparison of the growth rate of electrical energy consumption in the city of Manokwari can be seen, by taking data on electrical energy consumption at PT. PLN (Persero). Then the data is processed in the form of tables and classified according to tariff groups so that the growth rate of electrical energy consumption during a certain period of time can be calculated using the CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) formula. Marini.</em></p> <p><em>Rezky Medika Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies located on Manokwari, West Papua. Apotek Rezky Medika still relies on a manual system in reporting, managing stock, and managing incoming and outgoing drug data. This manual process has the potential to cause various problems, such as errors in inputting data, and confusion in finding information. In this study, the author designed and built a Web-Based Rezky Medika Pharmacy Reporting Information System Using Laravel 10. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. As well as application development using Agile methods, through the stages of planning, implementation, software tests, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The aim of this research is to optimize district information management, increase open access to information for the community, and speed up the data management process at the district level. The research methodology involves requirements analysis, system design, implementation using CodeIgniter, and system performance evaluation. A needs analysis is carried out to identify the information needed by the community, district government and other related parties. With the results of this analysis, system design was carried out by utilizing the features provided by the CodeIgniter Framework, such as model-view-controller (MVC) to separate application logic and display. CodeIgniter's advantages in database management and ease of web application development are the main focus in developing this system. The user interface is designed to be responsive and easy for users to use. The goal is that alumni can access job vacancy information that matches their interests and expertise through the <em>platform</em> provided by this application. Job search can be adjusted according to certain criteria, and the system provides automatic notifications for suitable vacancies. In addition, Special Job Exchange (BKK) managers can track alumni activities, add job vacancies, and track alumni placements using this application. The speed, scalability, and performance that the CodeIgniter framework offers are advantages. Using the <em>Rapid Application Development</em> (RAD) development method, the system can be developed with client orientation. The test results show that this application can help alumni find jobs. At the time of Covid-19, many new students at the University of<br>Papua did online PKKMB without being familiar with the environment and<br>the faculty building for new students, whereas after the Covid-19 outbreak<br>subsided there were still students who did not know the faculty building. By<br>using virtual reality tour technology, which can be accessed via smartphone,<br>new students can familiarize themselves with the campus environment when<br>doing PKKMB, where new students can get to know the new environment very<br>well and know the location of each faculty building where they will study.<br>Therefore, the author wants to create an application that can help new<br>students at the University of Papua in getting to know the campus<br>environment. The author conducted research with the title "Creating a 360<br>Virtual Tour Application as a Media for Introducing the Campus Environment<br>at the University of Papua Using Unity 3D Engine". This application displays<br>panoramic photos of the buildings and faculties of the University of Papua in<br>360. Based on the research and testing that has been carried out, this<br>application can run well using black box testing.
