Therefore, several public service agencies have begun to develop information technology to manage and serve the public to be more efficient and effective, one of which is the Immigration office releasing the M-passport application for making passports online. so it is necessary to examine user satisfaction of the M-passport application. This study is a quantitative study using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which is used to measure the level of satisfaction of M-passport application users. The results of the study of 20 respondents obtained a score of 62 with an Acceptability range entering the "marginal low" category, a grade scale entering the "Grade D" category and an adjective rating entering the "OK" category, where the M-passport application can be accepted but with a sufficient level of acceptance. The population of this study consists of customers of PT. PLN UP3 Manokwari. The population of this study includes customers of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manokwari in three areas, namely West Manokwari District, East Manokwari, South Manokwari, and North Manokwari. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed online through social media groups and customer emails. The data were analyzed using linear regression tools with IBM SPSS 24 software. Pramanegara r.pramanagara@unipa.ac.id <p>The AFL (Airfield Lighting System) is a crucial part of the airport infrastructure that plays an important role in supporting aircraft operations. Using LED type lights allows for more efficient energy use and has a longer service life. Of course this would be an effective solution to dealing with energy waste. In this study this time will discuss the comparison of light intensity, and comparison efficiency of electric energy use of LED lamps with halogen lamps at Manokwari Rendani Airport, and Comparison of the cost of electricity consumer of LED light to halogen light at Manokwari rendani Airport. The power of the halogen lamps is 2.239.25 cd, while the light of the LED lamps with a reflection factor of 0.98 is 6.539.05 cd. This results in a threefold comparison between the alpha taxiway and the bravo taxiway. The use of halogen lights costs Rp. 3.557.429,28 per year, whereas the use of LED lights requires electricity costs &nbsp;of Rp 1.185.809,76 per year. However, it is not uncommon to find road damage that can disrupt community activities. Currently, Manokwari people who want to report road damage often do not know the right place or platform to report the problem. This causes not all reports of road damage to be detected and handled quickly. This research uses the <em>waterfall </em>method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Applications built using the <em>PHP </em>programming language and the <em>Laravel </em>framework<em>, </em>as well as MySQL as a <em>database </em>can be used to help the admin in facilitating the process of collecting damaged road complaint data in Manokwari. The data inputted is damaged road data (starting from the title of the complaint report, the contents of the complaint report, the name of the village, the name of the road, the name of the reporter, the reporter's number and uploading photos of the damaged road) from those reported by the community. Furthermore, the application displays automatically in each process carried out starting from the admin seeing where the damage is (village name and street name), the contents of the damage report after which it is dispatched to the agency responsible for carrying out the repair. Limbong jja.limbong@unipa.ac.id Duta Rael Bintang Pratama dutareal58@gmail.com <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The development of information technology has encouraged the digitization of employee attendance systems, including at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Manokwari which implements a fingerprint-based digital attendance application. Although it aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording, this application still faces various obstacles, such as dependence on internet connection, less than optimal interface display, and compatibility issues with user devices. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the BPS Manokwari digital attendance application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This method is used to measure aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction based on user experience.</em></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><em>This study involved 35 respondents who were permanent employees of BPS Manokwari. Data was collected through SUS questionnaire, then analyzed using SPSS software. The evaluation results show that the digital attendance application obtained a score of 68.42 in SUS, which falls into the Marginal High category. Although this application has functioned to meet the needs of employees, there is still significant room for improvement to achieve higher usability quality, especially in the aspects of ease of use and interface appearance.
