Therefore, the purpose of this study is to choose which social media is often used as marketing media in Manokwari using a decision support system with the weighted product (WP) method. The selection of social media in this study is Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp and has criteria such as desire, easy to understand, income, and marketing. Data collection using questionnaires that are shared online with businesses that use social media. A total of 100 respondents were obtained in the results of the questionnaire for one week. The final result of the calculation that has been done, which of each alternative has a value or score according to the calculation. Tiktok social media alternatives have a value or score of 0.18, Instagram has a value or score of 0.21, Facebook has a value or score of 0.33, and Whatsapp has a value or score of 0.29. Therefore, an alternative end result that is often used in the marketing process through social media in Manokwari is Facebook social media, which has the highest value or score from other social media. Since e-learning was first created at the University of Papua, until now there has been no specific research examining the adoption of e-learning utilization. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that hinder the adoption of the use of e-learning at the University of Papua using the IRT theory (Usage Barrier, Tradition Barrier, Perceived Cost Barrier) and combined with external variables Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) as measured by Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Questionnaires were distributed to students using e-learning at the University of Papua. A total of 263 respondents were obtained in distributing questionnaires for almost two months. From the results of this study it was found that tradition barriers and perceived cost barriers were inhibiting factors for the adoption of e-learning utilization and had no positive effect, while usage barriers, perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions had a positive influence on e-learning adoption.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Argi Dwi Raga Febriarman, Dedi I Inan, Fridolin F Paiki Copyright (c) 2024 Argi Dwi Raga Febriarman, Dedi I Inan, Fridolin F Paiki https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.unipa.ac.id/index.php/istech/article/view/349 Mon, 18 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Design and Development of Seruling Emas and Suara Gembira Hymn Application for Android https://jurnal.unipa.ac.id/index.php/istech/article/view/370 <p><em>The hymn of praise Seruling Emas and Suara Gembira is one of the hymns or songs used by Christians, specifically in the GKI Church throughout Papua, including the congregation of GKI Maranatha Biak, in the worship process. However, the system of using hymn books/papers is still ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop a practical, effective, and efficient hymn application for the congregation, which helps facilitate information delivery and saves costs in creating or text of joyous sound songs. The methods of data collection include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application development uses the waterfall method or model, through stages of analysis, design, implementation using the Flutter Framework, and testing. The result is an Android-based application "Kidung Pujian Seruling Emas dan Suara Gembira" successfully created using the Flutter Framework. This application has a menu featuring a list of songs with several features including text/lyrics and instrumental audio.
