Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of digital literacy education for Generation Alpha in facing the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and identify effective learning strategies to develop learning, adaptation, and innovation capabilities. The research method uses a literature study by analyzing various relevant literature sources from 2014-2024, including scientific journals, books, and research reports related to digital literacy and Generation Alpha. The research results show that Generation Alpha has unique characteristics as digital natives who require different digital literacy learning approaches from previous generations. Digital literacy education must include understanding of AI technology, critical thinking skills in using technology, digital creativity, and digital ethics. Effective learning strategies include project-based learning, gamification, and integration of AI technology in the learning process. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for transformation of the education system to prepare Generation Alpha to face increasingly digital and AI-based future challenges.
